Bill Wennington

Mr. Wennington was inducted in the West Island Lakers (WILBA) Hall of Fame in 2011.


He is the first Quebec basketball player to play in the NBA. Mr. Wennington has impressed many in his career!

• Member of Quebec’s Hopes 76 and 77
• NCAA Division 1 St. John’s University with whom he participated in the Final Four in 1984
• 1985 he began a career in the NBA with the Dallas Mavericks

• Member of the Chicago Bulls from 1993 to 1999, alongside the famous Michael Jordan with whom he won three NBA championships

Mr. Wennington now works as a radio analyst for the Chicago Bulls. He also works with the organization to help integrate Bulls new players in their new life has “NBA star”.
